Right now I work out between 8-9 pm. Not ideal but it's the only time I have really.
Wake up a little after 5 AM, on the road by 5:30 or so, at work before 6. Leave around 4 PM. Pick up daughter from daycare, make dinner, clean, bed time. Hopefully at the gym by 8.
I firmly believe if you find time to work out you'll be less exhausted all the time. You WFH, so I think you should be able to get it done.
