Yes, and ask for an uninterrupted "chain of custody" of that car, as it were,

and every stitch of paper that pertains to every rental, EVERYTHING. Make the process horrible for them. Heck, I'd even ask them to have the paperwork authenticated by someone in their company. I mean lay it on them and spare no expense or inconvenience for them.
