for a chip in the windshield. Not a crack, not a star, just a little divot. I don't think my phone camera could have picked it up even if I had taken a picture of the windshield. I was shocked at how adamant he was...well, I can just about out-adamant anybody and with more volume. The ensuing scene encouraged him to just finish the check-in and get me outta there.

Now I specifically look for windshield issues and take pictures of them and any other pre-existing dents or dings.
