If I dont take it, I wont work out, so yes it is beneficial. And if I do take it
I still might not work out, but at least I dont feel so tired, so win-win.

Yes. Studies show a caffeine is beneficial but I think they also show continued use decrease the benefits.

The studies seem to support this. IE it helps some people but genetic factors may diminish that or eliminate it.
