Yes. Studies show a caffeine is beneficial but I think they also show continued use decrease the benefits.
Also, it i beneficial because it helps me workout earlier which makes it so I get a workout in. Without it, I don't think I would be as effective.

I do go off and on it and if I work out later in the day I use less or no caffeine. Also, I try to keep my daily intake on average low.
