My uncle (a cop) couldn't believe they gave his 90s dad a license again.
With a bit of help, one day his dad's truck wouldn't start and that was the end of it.

My FIL was a very dangerous driver at 81 so we had to take away his license.

I can tell you right now that I’ll go crazy when I can no longer drive. I probably drive 90 miles a day on average.
