And there was no reason to if there is no buzz about him. BYU had a reason to at least evaluate him.
My question is simple. Would you rather have coaches that sign top classes but most of the recruits flop or would you rather have coaches that are good at projecting and have under recruited players that end up becoming stars? For a team like BYU, the latter would be a better skill to have.
