USAA just replaced my 21 year old roof after a hail storm claim. I honestly didn't think they would accept it, but they
did. And it wasn't just prorated either. I got what they called "recoverable depreciation" which basically just meant I had to submit the itemized bill afterwards to get them to cover the whole thing (after deductible of course).
It wasn't even that bad of a hail storm either so I was very surprised.
