This is during the PAC. Utah has struggled out of conference

Utah lost with Rising to Florida a 6-7 team and beat them when they went 5-7. Not exactly impressive. Won on last second drive 13-20 vs a 3-9 Baylor. A three win Baylor with one of the worst offensive in two decades.
Just pointing out the record vs P5 .500 is not good or out of conference.
