You want to kill 50 grizzlies because one bear has been sighted
Where would hunters even find that many bears. Sounds crazy to me but I'm not in wildlife management.
A quick google search says there are 80-100 grizz in Idaho. And you want for hunters to kill 50 grizz in one year. I don't think that's going to happen.
