I’ve coached in both. Ute conference is more organized but set up more 4 profit
imo. I didn’t necessarily like all the “smaller” divisions and as a result many champions. I’d prefer a little larger A/B/C leagues and trying for a true champion.
UYFC I like that it’s smaller and strong competition basically 6A + Orem and Timpview depending in the age or team. Then basically a southern division of the 5a/4a of Utah county.
Ultimately the league doesn’t matter that much, more about the coaches and team with regards to development.
