I live in Idaho and drive downtown every day. I never see it. I swear when I'm in Utah every dang time I see the most aggressive drivers, the type where you just know if you did anything in retaliation they'd follow you, brake check you, tailgate you, etc. I hate hearing stories like this. Utterly senseless and those poor kids are scarred for life, and another guy, who under typical circumstances probably wouldn't harm anyone, could face prison.
