Worthen was fine. Cecil was terrible, toed the line of intentional sabotage
He's a bona fide Ute and it showed, even to the point of being called Cecil the Ute or something like that by members of the AD. I've said this before, but if Cecil wasn't bound by NDAs he could make a killing if he wrote a book about the B12 coming to Provo in 2012 and how that somehow did not result in an offer.
