Confirmed appendicitis. Surgery-wise I guess it is about the quickest fix there

I had gall stones. They were a 10. Appendix has been an 8 and 9. I’m sure kidney

Yeah, I call it a 10 out of 10 when I become nonverbal. It’s very disconcerting to be in that much pain.
