players leaving and the players coming in. We don't need any assumptions to see that.
My post just brought up questions. And they are very fair questions to ask for these non-revenue sports. They are good questions for all of our sports programs at our faith-based university. But for the sports programs that are actually big business (football, men's bball) its more fair to let the coaches run things like a harsh business. For the other non-revenue sports, I think its totally fair to help analyze the coaches as to how they are helping their players in their experience as student-athletes.
