It was her job to retain and make it work or replace with better. Nobody bats

1.000, but, she fielded a team severely lacking in depth. That is her job regardless how tough it is.

I will support her and the team regardless of the challenges just as I did this season, but the roster moves since the season ended seem underwhelming in the context of competing in The Big 12.

It is a tough job. Coach Young has a tough job retaining his roster and building from there. He is winning recruiting battles vs Kentucky and Creighton so far. And he is not batting 1.000 either.
