Heck I didn’t even really know what I was getting into until I actually got out there and saw first hand what we do all day and everyday.

If people could truly see what missionaries do everyday and how they spend their time they would stop bringing up this stupid idea that it is somehow an advantage.

The only advantage is they come back more mature and well-rounded. A mission does nothing for a kid to make him a better basketball player or football player and in many cases probably makes them worse.
