I'd imagine they're not much different - gamblers are smart and would take advantage of major differences
If (theoretcially) FanDuel had BYU at 4.5 wins and MGM had BYU at 7 wins, smart bettors would absolutely find a way to use that to their advantage - even if they typically don't bet through FanDuel
