Yes, it's completely acceptable and normal for a 34 year old man to shove his 65

year old boss over a decision made by the boss in the workplace. I should do this the next time I disagree with my boss and see how it goes over for me.

Regardless of whether or not Reid forgives him on a personal level, there should be consequences for this type of behavior.
