I don’t follow. Even if the pac-12
Was down, mostly due to horrific Covid policy, the same issue should be affecting Utah.
However, Utah lost a superstar rb back to tragic death. Utah, more than anyone should’ve been a step behind.
When other schools have more resources, more talent, better recruiting destinations, etc.… Winning a championship is a big deal.
Winning back to back championships is unheard of in the current era for a mid tier.
