That's the whole point though. Utah is 22-4 the last 5 full seasons vs. the South. 4-1 this year despite
half the starters and star QB hurt. With both UW, Oregon and Oreg State on the schedule, who expected that Utah HAD to win the south?
This was a great year for Utah overcoming several injuries. Next year, they'll now have experienced depth AND likely most starters back without a top 10 on the schedule.
Utes are well positioned for a decent run next year.
