BYU's expertise on this subject is well established and well known. And unfortunately, it's probably the basis for those holding the purse strings to expect/force them to get 14 years out of a 7 year product.

The softest grass imaginable is Zeon zoysia. It’s a subtropical grass that has a very spongy feel.

LOL... I worked on the grounds grew 35 years ago. Didn't have anything to do with the field. I just drove heavy equip
