I don't think Hill will get the UU HC job, at least not if he's still the BYU DC

Politically, I don't think the guys making that decision up on the hill would allow those optics. I think Utah sees themselves as a big coaching job and will try to get some sort of recognizable name or, failing that, they'll hire a successful G5 HC or in-house.
