30 years ago my cousins bought in Riverside because they couldn’t
afford Orange County. Perfect example. This isn’t a new thing. I knew people that commuted 90 minutes each way, every day 20 and 30 years ago. And can we talk about all of the full or partial WFH right now. HUGE life benefit.
