Haha, stupid internet needs fact checking. Their #'s don't add up.
40 years is from 1983. So that date is the the full date I guess. Tag article headline said dropping for 40 years. They don't mention the last date it reached the high.Who can one trust? LOL

No it hasn't. It was chock full for sure in 1998, if not a couple years beyond that. And I think it filled up most years
