It’s not hard to have a two different media deal proposals for two different scenarios
Bob Thompson has said so. Multiple modeling exercises can be done pretty easily. I’ve spent a career in IP valuations, M&A, and tax planning scenarios with far more complicated variables and moving pieces. This is existential for the PAC.
