Not a large enough sample yet to make such a declaration.
I need to see more before I rate him higher than several on your list. Jaren's offenses have seemed to be very sluggish during the first half. Not sure if that is indicative of bad decisions but would impact who I would want back there. He also has had a hard time staying healthy in the past - that is a liability to the team also when picking the best.

I wouldnt compare Hall to Detmer, I think he is a better, more athletic version of Senior Year John Beck.

I would bet that Jaren Hall gets drafted similar to where Beck was drafted, but that he will have a better career.
