Some changes…
I’m fine with SDSU.
Boise I can take or leave, we’d have to compare them to WSU and OSU.
SMU is not needed. I like them as a fan, but they don’t add anything that TCU hasn’t already brought. Tulane would be a better addition as it gets you into Louisiana and maintains some regionalist to that division.
UTSA needs to improve their profile. They are getting there though.
I like Memphis.

Given their location (recruiting and fan levels), history, and academics, I think GaTech is pretty safe
