If we’re talking about competing for football titles. I’m assuming schools like ND, Clemson, Florida St, Miami, Washington and Oregon will eventually end up in the P2.

Not Arizona State. Big 12 will want them no matter what. Phoenix market is big

Disagree. ASU owns the Phoenix market which is massive compared to Tucson. Eyeballs matter. And a better football school
