Correct. In our case it was a negotiation. They first dragged their feet but
quickly responded when I sent them a power point folder with a cover of a snarling picture of the dog, the leg wound with the blood on the floor of the ER and photos of the ER Dr. ( BYU grad I might add) sewing up the wound. They settled quickly.
