Jimmy the Shank 3rd String

I was hit in the head by a car while I was coming out of a manhole.

The car was estimated to be going 20-30 mph. I spent 3 weeks in a coma, and my brain swelling caused paralysis on the right side of my body. The thought I had a stroke. After much therapy I came away with a 1% permanent physical impairment and a 1% permanent mental impairment.
