he never walks into your backyard again, you have a guy that is infatuated with your daughter enough that he'd trespass into your backyard after dark. He may be doing this to other homes in the area as well. Have the cops pay him a visit with the video evidence and make your daughter aware of it if she's old enough. Take extra precautions to protect the house and her room. Don't trust any excuse he gives you. He lost the right to an excuse the minute he trespassed without knocking or calling. Sad situation but you can't give him the benefit of the doubt at this point.
