info and remain open until I have enough data to make a judgement. Funny enough I was in Laramie during the summer helping my parents move in to their new place and they left their garage door open and a bunch of paper blew out and and into their neighbors back yard and my mom said she was too embarrassed to go traversing into their neighbors back yard to go pick it up so I did it. I remember cautiously walking back there and looking through the window so I could see if anyone was home and if so just let them know right away...if not I didn't want to bother them and interrupt whatever they were working on in the middle of the day for some scraps of paper. So I quickly went and picked it up and got out. Could be something innocent...I always err on the side of gathering data and remaining open as much as possible. It's served me well in my adult years.
