Please describe a potential BYU recruit who went to UVA for academics.

Yes, UVA is a better academic school, but BYU has strong academics, and I have never heard of any athlete choosing UVA over BYU due to academics. It's a non-issue.

Stanford is the only school that I've heard that being an issue with recruits.

UVA is Tier 1 academics. BYU is not. P5 is still an issue until BYU has P5 $$$

Virginia is a "top academic institution" at a much different level than us; we may not be as good as we like to believe
