Three things I would like to see this team do on defense...
1. When the opposing team gets a wide open 3, our defenders inevitably run and jump at them. Which allows that shooter to just wait for them to fly by, then settle in and take their shot in rythm. Can we have our defenders keep their feet-- put a hand in the face of the shooter without jumping? Wait until the shooter jumps to leave our feet-- and go straight up. That is a better form of defense IMO.

2. When the other team has a hot shooter, can we keep a defender near him-- even in the zone?

3. Either double team or don't. If you double, you've got to go all in. Dig out that ball. If you allow that player to pass out of the double team it results in a defensive scramble drill that leads to wide open 3's (see paragraph 1 above) AND offensive rebounds.

Good thing I'm so much smarter than the coaches. LOL.
