She has overly large adenoids that block her eustachian tubes and restrict breathing through nose. They never examined her tonsils or mentioned removing them to us previously but a message from them recently said they was part of the plan.

We plan on addressing that with them but is there any good reason they would add in tonsil removal to the surgery without having looked at them?
