If I buy a car in Washington state and drive it to Utah and register it in Utah
is there anything out of the ordinary that I need to be aware of?
And do I add the car to my insurance the day I buy it so it is insured for the two days it will take to drive it to my home in Utah?

as for the insurance question, I would call your insurance before hand and ask if they have a grace period

Read your policy. Most automatically include a newly purchased vehicle under policy. Generally, you get a short period
