On CB there's been a number of posts about dropping calories to lose weight but I haven't noticed as much detailed granular stuff like exactly did people do to drop the calories.
I just ditched the bun today because I didn't want to spend 160 calories on a bun for my chicken. Instead I'm eating more chicken instead of eating the bun.
Some of the ways you might be able to ditch the bun. If you order a burger from some restaurant ask them to see if they could wrap it in lettuce instead of using a bun. I know that that's a pretty common thing for In-and-Out but when I go out and eat a burger it doesn't automatically register in my brain "Hey I should ask them to ditch the bun and wrap it in lettuce."
