the real reason Pope annoyed some of our fans:
he was never a BYU first man; he was always on loan.
If he had been a BYU first man, some of the disconnect would never had existed IMHO.
Glad we got our man, and someone who has seen the highest levels, knowing what it's like but he prefers BYU first. That's what we need.
