Ha! Our current HOA management company finally responded. I had sent them an email saying that the 18% increase in their
fee was too much ($555/mo to $655/mo). Their response? “We were going to raise your rate to $750/mo so we are actually giving you a great deal!”

That’s the monthly fee for the whole HOA. 20 homes, so they each pay $32.75 of the $655.
