Tokolosh Stop the Stupid party member
Anybody here an Italian cooking aficionado? Any tips for scratch tomato sauce?
I usually do a couple of onions, a bunch of garlic cloves, salt and pepper, and red pepper and sauté this together. Then add some 90/10 ground chuck for browning. Tons of crushed/skinned tomatoes. Splash of balsamic vinegar and some earthy herbs to taste. It’s pretty basic.

What’s your best on some good pasta sauces?
