PVC question. Please help what sanity I have left.
Nothing I love more than sprinklers and fittings.

The PVC fitting with the arrow is leaking where the male end connects to the flange. I thought the female end was glued onto the short piece of PVC that is connected to the T fitting. (well first I hoped the flange was a free spinning piece that magically advanced the male end into the valve but that dream was quickly crushed). I'm trying to save that little length of PVC that comes from the T because you can see I don't have much more to work with. Anyway, thought maybe I could cut through that flange and then pry it off the piece of PVC pipe but as I cut through it appears the coupler is in 1 piece with that 2 inch piece of PVC (maybe that's how the PVC primer/cement works?)

Short question is what is the easiest way to replace that coupler?
