16 teams and bowl games need to be restructured
The second round of the playoffs should still have “neutral site bowl games”
The bowl games need to be moved to stadiums as close as possible to the higher ranked seed. The Rose Bowl needs to be replaced by the pop tart bowl.
The Rose Bowl should be the permanent location of the national championship.
