There were 4 of my families 6 bags, just sitting there on the tarmac.

I assumed they were loading the bags and they would get loaded.

Then, we began to get later in the boarding process. Then there was no one else boarding. And our bags were still there.

I notified a flight attendant, and she said she would see what she could do, and then she walked away. Then they closed the cabin door, and our bags were still sitting there. I again informed the flight attendant that those were our bags, and she replied that it was not her job and she couldn't help us.

We pushed back from the gate, and our bags were still there. It is incredibly frustrating knowing that your bags will not be there when you land.

They ended up getting 2 of our bags the next day. One bag the day after that, and my back one day before we flew on to another destination (we were on a three week trip to multiple locations)
