Back in September I had a package arrive that was empty. Nothing in it. They sent a replacement. On November 17th I got an email stating I was being charged for the replacement order. I contacted them that day and was told it would not be charged. I was still charged no refund. I waited a week contacted them again asked for a refund they said it would be 3-5 days. I am now on my third chat with them trying to get this resolved.
