Kleiman was right. Big 12 needs to adapt.

Big 12 needs to go all out on positioning themselves for multiple CFP bids. Their top brands should be prioritized. BYU, KSU, TCU, Colorado, and UCF should be the darlings of the conference. Idc what anyone else says. Any other course of action will keep the big 12 below the other power conferences.
