"Subject was at the BYU v Utah football game in a suite in the south endzone (Ken Garff Red Zone) with his family. The location of the suite is directly above the visiting team's tunnel (BYU's entrance to the locker-room). At the conclusion of the game, due to the upset of BYU winning the game, the subject yelled "F--- BYU" and then threw a disposable water-bottle in the direction of the BYU football team and supporting staff on the field. A BYU Cheer Coach standing up against the cement wall below the bleachers was struck in the head with the water-bottle and collapsed immediately. The impact rendered her unconscious. The victim is currently experiencing symptoms of a concussion and awaiting diagnosis from follow-up doctor visits. The Subject was identified by an independent witness from a neighboring suite as well as the father of the Subject calling UofU Police the following day to report his son as the suspect."
