It's been a slog to lose weight recently. Any suggestions to jump start it?
I've always been of the mindset to do small things over time with your diet. However, the older I get (pushing 40), the harder it gets for that to have any affect.

I exercise regularly (though I could add strength conditioning as right now it's just cardio). But mostly looking for diet suggestions to drop some initial weight quickly.
