Pope promised Stewart would be worked into the backup pg spot and would be playing meaningful minutes after he filled in for hall when he was injured. It wasn’t the first time Pope went back on his word with players… there were issues

That, or Stewart has improved by leaps and bounds over the offseason. Playing like he deserves minutes in 2024-25.
