First - teams are limited to 105 players. Most have at least 15-20 more than that. Bronco was quoted as saying he knew of P4 teams with 150. That’s a lot of dudes looking for a new home.

Add in the JC guys, who now get 4 years at this level, and there’s possibly a bunch more who everyone thought would be moving on, but now aren’t.

Could be a pretty wild couple of years while everyone is figuring things out.
